The doctors provide a 24 hour service for owners, their guests and visitors.

The medical centre is funded by Inmogolf and the General Community. Part of the overall cost of the Doctors' professional services are paid on behalf of owners by the General Community. These contributions are reflected in the significant difference between the consultation charges for Owners, Visitors and named Inmogolf personnel.

Definition of Owner's immediate family:-
The owner's spouse or partner, their parents, children and grandchildren. Proof of identification is required by presentation of the Owners card.
Definition of Named Inmogolf personnel and family
Doctors will provide medical assistance free of charge to the employees and their immediate relations as designated on a list supplied monthly by Inmogolf SL. This is in accordance with agreement dated 13th June 1997.
Additional Doctors charges
Medication or treatment such as stitches or ear syringing will incur a cost in excess of the basic consultation fee.
Before agreeing to treatment
Patients should ask the doctor the actual cost of any procedure. The doctor will be happy to discuss his recommendations in detail.
Referrals to Specialists
These costs are included in the consultation fee. Specialists operate independently and patients are required to pay for their services at the time of treatment. Prior to agreeing to Specialist consultation and treatment you should ask for an estimate of the costs.
Ambulance
In an emergency and only on the doctor's instructions, the La Manga Club ambulance will transfer the patient to hospital. This transfer is free of charge. The ambulance will return to the resort immediately to be available for further emergencies. Return transport from Hospital to La Manga Club is the responsibility of the patient.
Should the doctor be required to accompany the patient this will be charged at the above rate and must be paid the following dayat the surgery to the attending doctor.
Well Man I Well Woman Clinic
This is available only to Owners and their immediate family in winter months. Cost 75€
Examinations take approximately 50 minutes and must be booked in advance. Return visit to review test results will be included in the service.
This comprehensive service is offered by both doctors and includes checks on blood pressure, EGG, vision, hearing, reflexes, chest, lungs and weight. Blood and urine samples will be taken and sent for analysis to check cholesterol, diabetes, prostate or other condition which the doctor considers necessary. Women can also have a breast examination and a smear test. Blood and urine samples will be sent to a testing laboratory, the cost of which must be paid separately.
Analysis
Loreto Asensio Espin in the Analysis Laboratory Clinic/Parafarmacia in La Plaza carries out blood and urine analysis through the doctors or by booking an appointment direct with her on LMC extension 4428.
Travel insurance:- The doctors will provide a receipt as required.
Doctors do not complete insurance claim forms on behalf of patients.
