Ideally located, our apartment is situated some 50 yards from both the pool and the Plaza Mayor in quiet corner of Bellaluz adjacent to a small parking area, which allows for easy loading of the car a few feet from the door. The apartment is on the first level providing easy access and overlooking a landscaped area of palms and flowering shrubs.
The air conditioned apartment, has been recently completely refurbished, and has two double bedrooms, each with two single beds, bathroom, a quality fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining room leading onto a large tiled patio for outside dining.
2007 Lettings
Letting are available for low, medium and high season. Mid week bookings can also be considered to take advantage of airfares.
Travel
There are at least three budget airlines now operating from Luton or Stanstead to Alicante or Murcia. Transfers from these airports can be by either hire car or bus and we will be pleased to advise further on these services.

Key Collection and Return
Our Management agent is Prestige Real Estates and their staff will help you with most queries. They can be found in the Plaza (the main square) in Bellaluz to the left of the supermarket. Keys can be collected here if you are arriving at a reasonable time say up 8.00pm on Saturdays or I may have already sent you the keys if you are arriving late.Keys and pool passes should be returned by 10.30 on the day of departure to allow the apartment to cleaned for the next guests.LinenTowels sheets pillowcases would have been supplied according to your instructions. Again Prestige can supply any additional items you may need. We will arrange for laundering of linen following your departure.
Air conditioning
The remote control is programmable should you want it switch off automatically after you have gone to bed. Full instructions are in the sideboard drawer. You may need to plug it in to the power supply and it is worth setting the remote control to Economy and a temperature set to 21 degrees. The air conditioning is most efficient when the windows and doors are closed.
Water and Electricity
If you are arriving after a period when the apartment has been empty for a while you may find the water off. There is a main valve in a cupboard under the stairs to the apartment marked NO.5 to turn the water on. (Anti clockwise). If we have asked you and there is no one following immediately, please turn off the water when you leave. The agents will check the electricity meter on arrival and departure so that we may settle with you at 10p per Kilowatt.Hot WaterThere is one hot water switch outside the bathroom (marked). You may need this on for a short period although it is thermostatically controlled.
Inventory
The apartment is equipped with crockery cutlery etc. Accidents can happen and if anything gets broken please let Prestige know so that these may be replaced. The electrical appliances include, washing machine, kettle, iron, toaster, fridge freezer, oven and remote controlled T.V with about 40 satellite channels. Power to the TV is controlled from a wall switch to the right of the door as you enter. The apartment is furnished with sofa, armchairs and dining room suite. There is also a table and chairs and BBQ on the terrace. It would be very much appreciated if you could avoid staining the soft furnishings with sun-oil.
Cars
La Manga Cars have an office on the resort and we can make arrangements for a car to be available at Murcia or Alicante. There are many other operators at the airports.The rest of the information regarding sports facilities, beaches, restaurants and clubs is available in the apartment or in the Prestige booklet.
